More protection for password folders
Protected folders can only be deleted with Face ID, Touch ID or the password, and their deadlines stay hidden in the overview.
Names by AI
Apple Intelligence reads sender and subject and suggests fitting names. Everything stays on your device (iOS 27 or later).
Deadlines detected
If a document mentions a due date or deadline, SMART-PDF suggests it as soon as you create a reminder.

The name writes itself.
Right after the scan, SMART-PDF reads the document and suggests a name that actually means something: sender, subject, date. From iOS 27, Apple Intelligence does this right on your device and offers more suggestions if you want them. One tap, and the scan is filed under a name you will recognise.

Full-text search knows the content of every PDF, not just the title. Type any word from the document, and there it is. Even straight from iOS search, without opening the app.

Deadlines that speak up.
The cancellation deadline in a contract, the due date on an invoice: SMART-PDF finds the date in the document and suggests it right away. One tap, and the reminder is set. It can go into your calendar too.
